As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can follow the delivery of your parcel in real time.

Yes. Outside the European Union, delivery is charged: select your country in the cart to see the available carriers and rates. If your country is not listed, contact us and we will arrange the delivery details together.

Yes, each rug is entirely handwoven by Berber artisans in Morocco, using ancestral techniques passed down from generation to generation. No machines are used in the process.

Natural wool Berber rugs are both durable and easy to care for, provided you adopt the right habits.

For regular maintenance, we recommend vacuuming once or twice a week without a rotating brush to preserve the wool fibres. During the first few weeks, it is normal for the rug to shed slightly: this diminishes over time.

In case of a stain, act quickly by gently dabbing with a clean, damp cloth without rubbing, to avoid damaging the material. You can use a mild soap if necessary.

For deep cleaning, professional dry cleaning is recommended once or twice a year to preserve the quality and longevity of your rug.

Finally, remember to rotate your rug regularly to ensure even wear and maintain its lustre over time.

Production times generally range from 4 to 10 weeks, depending on the complexity of the project.

Yes. You have 14 days from receipt of your rug to change your mind, without giving any reason. Let us know by email at contact@berbyka.fr (or using the withdrawal form), then send the rug back within 14 days to our Toulouse address, rolled and well protected.

Return shipping costs are at your expense, unless the rug is damaged or does not match your order. Rugs made to measure to your specifications cannot be returned.

We refund the full amount paid, including standard delivery costs, no later than 14 days after you inform us of your withdrawal (as soon as we receive the rug or proof of its dispatch), using the payment method used for the order.
