We prepare and ship your order with the greatest care within 1 to 3 business days after validation.
Delivery times then vary depending on your location:
- Stock in France: 2 to 5 business days
- Stock in Morocco: 2 to 4 weeks
- Made to order: 4 to 10 weeks
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to follow your parcel in real time.

Yes. You have 14 days from receipt of your rug to change your mind, without giving any reason. Let us know by email at contact@berbyka.fr (or using the withdrawal form), then send the rug back within 14 days to our Toulouse address, rolled and well protected.
Return shipping costs are at your expense, unless the rug is damaged or does not match your order. Rugs made to measure to your specifications cannot be returned.
