Grenade

The Grenade rug features a garland of small colourful triangles along the top, followed by bold red, fuchsia, orange and yellow diamonds scattered across the white wool, each outlined in black. Small colourful motifs weave their way between them, like treasures displayed in a souk.

Its thick, plush wool is hand-knotted by Moroccan artisans. Woven without a fixed pattern, these motifs are what give Azilal rugs their distinctive charm: every piece is unique.
